What can I buy at Urban Becker?

Outerwear, knitwear and shoes for women and men, along with blouses, shirts and a few dresses. Coats, jackets and boots make up most of the collection.

How long before my order is processed?

Allow 1–3 business days for processing, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. From the day you order, delivery in the US typically takes 7–10 business days in total.

I made a mistake in my shipping address. What now?

Contact sales@urbanbecker.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Once processing has started, we may no longer be able to make changes.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unworn, unwashed and still have their tags. The Refund Policy explains everything.

How do I request a return or an exchange?

Email sales@urbanbecker.com with your order number and a short note on why you're returning the item. We'll confirm it qualifies and send you the return address. Please wait for our reply before shipping anything.

Will I be charged a restocking fee?

Never. Eligible returns and exchanges are free of restocking fees.

When will my refund arrive?

We refund your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and checking your return.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, if it hasn't entered processing yet. Email sales@urbanbecker.com right away with your order number.
